MOMENTUM GYM & CAFE

Located in Westlands, Nairobi.

Two health enthusiasts with a unique Gym & Cafe idea commissioned Insight Architecture to design their new gym at the top floor of an office building.

Keeping within its tight budget, an active space was created using toned down color pallets and cost saving material use,(i.e water proofed concrete mix used in shower instead of tiles).

Since the outdoor deck was to be frequently used for yoga, a suspended hardwood floor was installed and the great views framed with planters and color.
