Located along General Mathenge, Nairobi, the client required a mixed use design to house their Architectural Hardware company. Storage space was previously a challenge.

Ground Floor and 3/4 of the basement was designed to commercial use while 1st to 4th floor are 3-bedroom apartments with Gym and Relaxation areas at the highest level offering stunning views of Nairobi.
